Omar brings institutional investment banking discipline to the DACH & Adriatic real estate market. With a background in corporate finance and capital markets, he leads ZELK Capital's underwriting, deal structuring, and portfolio management functions. Omar approaches every asset as a financial instrument. He is responsible for stress-testing financial models, structuring tax-efficient acquisition vehicles (SPVs), and producing institutional-grade Investment Memorandums. He ensures that every opportunity meets rigorous risk-adjusted return criteria before it is presented to capital partners.
Luka Krekic
Principal, Origination & Technology
Luka serves as the strategic bridge between the local DACH & Adriatic markets and our institutional investment requirements. He leads Zelk Capital's proprietary sourcing and local execution, ensuring that every asset meets international standards before it reaches the Investment Committee. Through deep local networks, Luka secures proprietary opportunities and leads technical due diligence across zoning, title, and counterparty risk. Alongside his origination and execution responsibilities, he oversees Zelk Capital's technology and product development, ensuring the firm's digital capabilities reflect the same institutional standards applied across its investment activity.
